Title: Partnership Development Manager


Partnership Development Manager works closely with the CEO to identify and generate new business opportunities for Earlyone and establish strong partnerships with key external companies in the targeted countries. The incumbent is the face of the Company with the primary purpose to develop and drive the strategic partnership program in selected Countries and ensure a longstanding relationship with partners.



  • Research and identify main countries with business potential for Earlyone product;

  • Create and formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan;

  • Research, contact, negotiate, and close new partnerships in the targeted countries;

  • Ensure each deal is consistent with the Company business strategy;

  • Build and maintain good relationships with partner company leaders to influence the
    decision-making process;

  • Research on related events/fairs worldwide, and participate if necessary;

  • Ensure the retention of existing partners;

  • Collaborate with Company product and technology teams for information and feedback



  • Multi-lingual negotiator (Armenian, Russian, English);

  • Enthusiastic communicator with positive energy;

  • Out-of-the-box thinker with business acumen;

  • Result-driven with a can-do attitude;

  • Team-player and collaborative;

  • Persuasive and willing to take the extra-mile.
